Tournament Directors may have a different refund policy NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AT ANYTIME AFTER PAYMENT USSSA WILL HOLD A CREDIT TO A FUTURE EVENT IF NOTICE OF CANCELLATION IS GIVEN AT LEAST 4 WEEKS PRIOR In the event the tournament is cancelled due to weather, the following guidelines may be applied If the tournament is cancelled the morning of the event AND before any games are played - A percentage will be retained to cover Admin Costs (TD Discretion) 1 game played = 50% refund 2 games played = No Refund If team drops after deadline or schedules are released = No Refund

ZERO TOLERANCE TOWARDS UMPIRES, COACHES, PLAYERS, TOURNAMENT STAFF, CITY STAFF. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN EJECTION FROM THE TOURNAMENT. CO/WY USSSA FASTPITCH BY THE BOOK SUNDAY AND MONDAY LINEUP CONSISTS OF 9 PLAYERS MIN (CAN PLAY WITH 8 - LAST PLAYER ON LINEUP CARD IS THE OUT) CAN USE 2-AP'S AND OR DP/FLEX USE THE LINK TO THE STATE RULES.
