WYCO Showcase Tournament Update

Coaches and Teams,

As we get ready for next weekend's WYCO Showcase Tournament, please review the following important tournament information:

• All pool play games will be 7 innings or a 2-hour time limit, whichever comes first.
• USSSA Softball run rules will be in effect. 10/8/6 after 3/4/5
• Teams should be prepared and ready to play 30 minutes prior to their scheduled game time. If a run rule ends the game before yours, we may start the next game early.

• Sunday will feature a double-elimination bracket.
• All bracket games will be 75-minute time limit games.

• The complex includes 3 turf fields and 6 dirt fields.
• Please be prepared to play on either surface and bring the appropriate equipment and footwear; no metal cleats on turf. 

• No sunflower seeds are allowed anywhere in the complex.
• Please help us keep the facility clean by ensuring players, coaches, and spectators follow this rule.

• This is a showcase tournament, and we will have college coaches in attendance throughout the weekend.
• If you have athletes interested in playing at the collegiate level, please have team rosters readily available for coaches to review.
• Players and coaches are encouraged to represent themselves, their teams, and their organizations in a professional manner both on and off the field.

Refund Policy

Tourney cancelled: Full Refund

If 3 Games are played Played: No Refund

No refunds will be issued to teams that decide not to play less than 3 weeks before the tournament unless a replacement team can take the spot.

The Capital City Showcase will be 7-inning games or a 2-hour time limit in front of numerous college coaches on beautiful turf fields. 

Colleges attending the University of Northern Colorado, Chadron State College, Colorado School of Mines, Dickinson State University, Adams State College, Northeastern Junior College, Garden City Community College, plus more to come.
